Will you work on my metric motorcycle? (honda, kawasaki, suzuki, etc)

Because these vehicles sometimes tend to require special tools just like Harley Davidsons, we do not do any intensive work on these types of machines. However, we will help you maintain your vehicle with tires and routine service and maintenance.

can I wait while you service my bike?

We are a small shop with 4 lifts. We can not guarantee that when you arrive we will have an available lift. However, if you call us prior to arrival, we will do what we can to have a free lift and you can walk around the shops in beautiful downtown Monroe or grab a bite to eat at one of the many eateries close by. We do our best to accommodate travelers as well. Just give us a call.

Can you come get my bike or bring it back to me?

Sorry but no we cannot. We do not carry the insurance to transport vehicles to and from. But we do know a guy! Give us a call and we can get you in contact with a very dependable transport guy!

i was in an accident. will you fix my bike and deal with the insurance claim adjuster?

Yes! We work with all major insurance companies to help get you a repair estimate and get you back on the road as soon as possible.

is my bike done yet?

You are welcome to call and check in at any time. However, once you drop off your bike and it goes on the lift, if the technician has any questions or finds anything concerning, we will call you. If you don’t hear from us then everything is going smoothly and we will call you as soon as your bike is finished and a test ride is completed.

can I speak to a mechanic?

Our technicians need to stay focused on their tasks when working on bikes. We are happy to take a message with your questions and ask one of them when they have a moment, then we will call you back as soon as we can. Questions can also be submitted via email.
