tuning

We use DynoJet Powervision and street tune bikes with their auto tune option. This is basically the same thing most dealerships use on their dynos, the difference is we do it on the street and they do it in house. We do not have a way to print out horsepower or torque numbers, we focus on making the bikes run well. For extreme builds or racing engines, we do recommend actual dyno tuning by a qualified shop after the initial break in period. We also offer self-tuning systems such as the ThunderMax which will turn any bike into a closed loop system.

You must have a DynoJet Tune License which is $275.

DynoJet now charges for mapping and the cost will vary.

Street Tune Labor is $350

Full engine repair

Technology has come a long way in the past few years. We are now able to repair broken cases and destroyed cam bearings. If your engine has had a complete failure, chances are we can rebuild it with the help of some of our vendors.

primary drive upgrades

Primary drive components are a weak spot in motorcycle design. They wear out. We can give you options on how to match your primary to your engine and riding style.

The compensator is one of the main pieces designed to wear out over time. We have replaced many compensators over the years and have found we really like the Darkhorse Crankworks Man-O-War, which is a rebuildable unit.

cams

Cams are the heartbeat of your engine, and probably one of the most important decisions to make in an engine build. There is a cam to match almost any riding style these days. We can help you choose the right one for you. Experience matters here because bigger is not always better.

big bores

Whether you are looking to bore your cylinders or buy new complete kits, we can increase your engine size!
